Brand Positioning & Product Standards
7th Earth Studios is a premium manufacturer and retailer of high-GSM, GOTS-certified organic cotton garments. Our pricing reflects manufacturing integrity, not mass-market markups. Comparable retail brands sell similar garments at significantly higher prices.
Purchases are not subject to refunds or disputes based on personal preference, styling expectations, or subjective critiques of construction choices.
Return Shipping fees: To keep our pricing fair and our production focused on quality, return for refund shipping fees are not refundable, We cover one way Free Return labels.
Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery
- For bundles we do NOT accept partial refunds for a portion of items returned. Either the whole bundle must be returned or a refund will not be issued.
- Size exchanges: Once your item is received back you will be issued store credit for the value of your item + taxes that you may have paid. The return label back to our facility will be free and covered by us.
- For Return for refund we do not cover shipping fees those are not refundable - This includes for every order that you get Free shipping, our return label fee will be deducted from the refund.

Unworn, unwashed, unused

Free of odor, damage, or markings

Returned with all original tags attached and packaging
- Please make sure that the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are unwashed, unworn with original tags, and free of any blemishes or it will be rejected, not processed, and donated due to it being in unsellable condition
- We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if they do not comply with our return policy

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery

Items must meet all return eligibility requirements outlined above
- One way shipping back to our facility will be covered for Free, once we receive the items you will be issued store credit for the value of your product + any additional taxes that may have been incurred. This allows for you to quickly get a replacement size or potentially another item without any hassle.

Refunds

Refunds are available only if requested within 14 days of delivery
- FREE promo items - free promotional items are contingent upon maintaining eligibility for the promotion. If all items are returned and a free promo item is retained by customer in an attempt to get free product we do not refund the actual retail value of the free item in the order.

Defective or Damaged Items

Manufacturing Tolerances (Not Defects)
Due to small-batch production and organic materials, the following are not considered defects:

Minor loose threads or seam inconsistencies
-
Small dust spots (washable with cold wash)
-
Fly yarns (e.g., red/silver threads within knit structure)
-
Slight color variation due to natural dyeing, lighting, or screen differences
-
Natural fading over time or from improper care
-
Up to 2% size variance in measurements
These tolerances are standard within premium organic garment production.
International Orders

International Defective Items
If confirmed defective:

We may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion

In select cases, we may waive the return requirement

Customer covers replacement shipping + 5% processing fee
